FarmFit Privacy Policy

FarmFit ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Data We Collect

• Health & Fitness Data — Heart rate, active energy, exercise minutes, workout sessions, and step counts collected via Apple HealthKit and on-device sensors.
• Workout & Training Data — Exercise type, duration, intensity, and performance metrics you record during farm-related fitness activities.
• Account Information — Email address, display name, and user identifier used to create and manage your FarmFit account via Sign in with Apple.
• App Activity — Feature usage and interaction data used to improve the app experience.
• Device Information — Device model, OS version, and crash logs for diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Generate training summaries and fitness progress reports.
• Sync workout data across your iPhone and Apple Watch.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on your activity trends.
• Operate and improve core FarmFit features.
• Diagnose technical issues and ensure app stability.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Health data is processed on-device whenever possible. Any data synced to our servers is encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Data Retention

• Health & workout data — Retained for the lifetime of your account. You may export or delete this data at any time.
• Account information — Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Crash logs & diagnostics — Retained for up to 90 days, then automatically purged.

5. Account Deletion

You can delete your FarmFit account at any time:

1. Open the FarmFit app on your iPhone.
2. Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Upon confirmation, all account data on our servers is permanently deleted within 30 days. Data stored locally in Apple HealthKit remains under your control via the Health app.

6. Third-Party Services

FarmFit integrates with the following Apple services:

• HealthKit — To read heart rate, active energy, and workout data.
• Sign in with Apple — For secure, privacy-preserving authentication.
• WatchConnectivity — To sync data between iPhone and Apple Watch.

These services are governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

7. Children's Privacy

FarmFit is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or an update to this page.
